According to information, recently Virginia Gov. Terry? McAuliffe (Terry McAuliffe) and canon of the American leaders jointly announced, Canon will invest $1 billion expansion which is located in Newport News Print Factory supplies.

According to reports, in the Virginia State Capitol in support of enterprise workplace change or expand the business related projects, Canon (USA), a subsidiary of -- canon (Virginia) will increase printing consumables factory production line, improve the toner support and increase the filling business. And before this, Canon plans to invest $78 million. Allegedly, Canon's expansion of investment will be able to increase the work of 60 factory jobs, and for the maintenance of future production lines need to use the equipment.

"The factory is very important for Canon," said Adachi Joe, chief executive of Canon (USA). This is not just an ordinary production plant, but also a number of local R & D work. At present, we are working to transform it into an integrated technology center."

McAuliffe Terry said it was pleased to directly cooperate with the Canon Co, and will continue to support the company's development to make relevant contributions to Virginia.

According to reports, nearly 30 years, Canon (Virginia) has been acting as Canon (Japan) in the Americas production, engineering, recycling and technology center.
